DonorPrompt

Personal fundraising messages, sent from your team's own phones.

DonorPrompt helps an organization's leaders reach every donor in a campaign with a personal WhatsApp message or text, without anyone falling through the cracks or hearing from you twice.

DonorPrompt is invitation-only. Ask your organization's admin for access.

Import from Google Sheets

Pick the spreadsheet with your campaign's donors. DonorPrompt cleans up phone numbers and amounts and flags rows that need fixing.

Send from your own phone

Each leader's Android phone sends the personalized message over WhatsApp, or by text when the donor isn't on WhatsApp, within the hours you set.

See who was reached

A live dashboard shows who has been contacted, and DonorPrompt writes each donor's status back into your spreadsheet.

How DonorPrompt uses your Google data

When you connect a Google account, DonorPrompt asks only for your email address and for access to the spreadsheets you choose yourself with Google Picker. It reads those spreadsheets to import donors and writes message statuses back into them. It cannot see any other file in your Google Drive, and it never sells your data or uses it for advertising. Details are in our privacy policy.
