Who may use DonorPrompt
DonorPrompt imports donors from Google spreadsheets and sends them messages. It is for organizations that the platform administrator has invited. You may use it only as a member of such an organization, for that organization's fundraising.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having each donor's consent to be messaged, and for following the laws that apply to your messages, such as the TCPA in the United States, along with the terms of WhatsApp and of mobile carriers. You are also responsible for the accuracy of the data in the spreadsheets you connect, and for keeping your sign-in secure.
No warranty
DonorPrompt is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will be delivered. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using it.
Suspension
The platform administrator may suspend or remove an account or an organization at any time, for example for misuse or for sending unwanted messages.
